Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
Step 2: Prepare Your Package
Once approved, please:
- Repackage items in their original condition with all tags attached
- Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of socks or arch supports and insoles that have been removed from their original packaging

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
Exchange Process
For size exchanges or different styles:
- Follow the standard return process
- Indicate your preferred exchange item in your email
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
For expedited exchanges, you may place a new order and return the original item separately.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Socks
- Arch supports and insoles that have been removed from packaging
- Customized or special order items
- Items marked as final sale
